Am I leading a healthy life?

Did you floss your teeth yesterday?

How many servings of vegetables did you have yesterday?

Have you had a cholesterol test?

You've just spent a lot of time exploring your past - the habits and lifestyle choices that have brought you to where you are today. Now it's time to talk about the present. What is your health like at this very moment? Are you fit, well-fed, in good spirits, energised?
Here are 35 questions that probe all aspects of your well-being. Give yourself at least 30 minutes to go through them. Some of the questions will ask you to get up and do something, so make sure you're dressed and prepared for activity, such as testing your balance and flexibility. Along the way, record your answers on the Score Sheet on next.
The results are likely to speak for themselves. But if you are the type of person who likes to keep a tally, the Score Key provides a points system that allows you to add up your marks and rank how well you are ageing.
Answer the questions honestly. No one is judging you, and you're the only one who will know the results. The purpose of this questionnaire is for you to identify the areas in which your health needs work, and to help you to understand whether you are treating yourself the way you richly deserve.
